What is Private Mortgage Lending? Private Mortgage Lending is the act of an individual lending money to a private person or a company, the lender becomes basically a mortgage holder, just like Wells Fargo or Bank Of America, making interest on their loan having the  investment secured by Real Estate as recorded in County documents. The borrower, in this case Wow Homes, gets the benefit of getting a fast loan, with minimal requirements, in order to purchase a property fast and in return is willing to pay a much higher interest than a traditional mortgage.

In the past month have you driven through a house with a dumpster, a porta potty and a bunch of trucks in the front? That house is being rehabbed or flipped and was funded by a private money lender.
